I am putting my bet on Suresh Raina’s comeback in Indian team: Rayudu

Indian cricketer Ambati Rayudu, who also plays for Chennai Super Kings in IPL has put a bet on his teammate Suresh Raina’s return to indian cricket team. 

Rayudu, during an Instagram Live session with sports writer and presenter Rupha Ramani -CSK, said that Suresh Raina looked in really good shape before IPL 2020 and it was unfortunate that IPL 2020 had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Rayudu further added that  Raina is a star cricketer and he did not get enough opportunities at the top of the batting lineup in indian team. 

“He has a lot of cricket left in him..I am putting a bet on it that he would make a comeback for India.”, Rayudu added. 

Rayudu further added that he has known Raina since he was 16 hence the experience of training in CSK training camp with the batsman was nostalgic. 

Ambati Rayudu said Rohit Sharma has learnt captaincy from MS Dhoni, when Rayudu asked about the difference in captaincy between captain cool MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma.

Ambati Rayudu was also asked about the difference between the team set-up of Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings. He said he is more comfortable in CSK and it will be his favorite team forever. 

Rayudu said that CSK have a lot of faith in their players and their ability.  He said CSK has given him more batting chances to prove him as compared to Mumbai Indians.
